Irish Government clamps down on weapons

August 31st, 2006

Yesterdays news regarding the Irish government's intentions to clamp down on weapons comes as little to no surprise, considering the climate and the times we find ourselves living in. The demand for oil is set to outstrip the ability to supply by the end of 2008. Economies will start to collapse as they all rely on cheap oil. It is accepted that no oil will be available to the general public by 2012. By 2017 at the latest there will be none left. Some will be carefully stored for use in war.

Alternative energy cannot come anywhere near being able to supply the needs of society. Cheap food will no longer be a possibility. Prices are already rising even at this early hour. We have global warming and global dimming. There are volcanoes that will soon erupt causing dust to hang in our already over polluted atmosphere. There is a real possibility of three years of total darkness all over Europe. It has happened before. The threat of a tsunami hitting Ireland when the volcano in the canaries goes up is a catastrophic certainty. The Atlantic conveyor is slowing down, hence the recent good summers. The seas will rise by 200 feet. The Gulf Stream as the conveyor is also known, keeps us warm in winter and cool in summer, or at least it did. When it stops which could be sooner than we think. This depends on the level of global warming, melting enough ice to cool it and stop it altogether. When this happens, not should; then we will enjoy a climate similar to Siberia and northern Canada. Our plant life won't be able to survive it, never mind our water and sewerage systems. The very fabric that makes up our clothing depends on oil, because all man made fibers depend on oil. The plastics that make up the carbon fibers of our windmills also depends on oil. We are running out of copper and just about everything else that we had become to believe was in endless supply. When the wind mills break down or wear out we can't repair them.

Disease is increasing, especially sexually transmitted diseases. We have used weed killers like we use antibiotics; with thoughtless, even wanton abandon. This has of course left the earth without its natural balance. We cannot repair this kind of damage, it's permanent. All our water is contaminated with strontium ninety, E coli and all sorts of other horrors. Could this be a reason why we have so much cancer? It they build more Atomic power stations there will be even more pollutants and we have only ten years uranium left anyway so what's the point.

The general public are encouraged to carry on as if there is nothing wrong and we are all going to live forever as a species. The question that seems to be ignored is "for how long"? Look at the layout of our road systems and think how easily they could be cut of and with how little well armed manpower completely controlling the starving masses. Look at all the surveillance and ask yourself is it all for our protection really. There are cameras everywhere to the point that we hardly notice them. Has all this made any positive difference to our safety? Has it reduced crime lately by even a small amount? As the poll on T.V 3 on the 31 August has shown the general public think that this new arms law will do exactly what it did in England. Nothing of benefit to the general public, but it has made things easier for the crooks and gangsters, because it has and will carry on depleting the general publics ability to protect itself. Why the new law then? If Joe public can see it, then why can't our well paid politicians see it? Could it be that they don't want to se it? Could it be that such laws are designed for when the food shortages start? Perhaps in about two years or even sooner.

Perhaps it is because such laws are deliberately designed to control the starving masses expected in the near future? Could it be that the laws are to protect "them" and not "us"? Then what about other laws that we hold dear and have done for many years? Take freedom of religion for instance. I am not a Christian. It states in our rules that we must be armed at all times and be ready to protect both ourselves and those who cannot protect themselves against all evil and aggression. What about the many religions here In Ireland today, who have similar laws of their own and a duty to their god to obey them. What about the Jesuits who make a vow to their God also; and I quote "that I will provide myself with arms and ammunition that I may be in readiness when the word is passed" Etc. It is considered their God given right to be armed. Will they be given ten years in jail if they are caught, or won't they be caught? Perhaps this new law won't apply to everyone? If so who will chooses the people that it will apply to and the people that it won't? People already know all this. They know that the species of man is in deep trouble. It is said "To know is necessary, to realize essential". Maybe we could survive without oil. Maybe we could survive with Global warming and climate change. Maybe we could even survive the religious wars that are evident at this time. Considering that climate change will effect the food supply and certainly not for the better,. Could we survive this also. We might even survive disease remembering that most medicines also depend on oil. The frightening fact is that there is no way that we can survive them all at once and that's what we will have to face. Governments know all this and yet do nothing logical, like putting infrastructures In place to help cope. We will have to protect ourselves against the crooks and gangsters as always, but now our own elected government as well? Then perhaps it all depends on who the crooks and gangsters really are, doesn't it? It all depends on where our worst and most dangerous threat comes from. The choice widens daily.
